The basis on which coaching is provided by Women’s Empowerment Coaching.
Last updated September 2026. Women’s Empowerment Coaching. Registered office: Sarah Martha Murphy FZ LLC, Expo City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Nature of the Service
Coaching is action-focused and non-directive. It is a structured learning conversation which helps you identify personally meaningful goals and agree action steps between sessions. Coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy or medical treatment, and it does not treat or manage mental health conditions.
Refunds
Once a coaching bundle has been started (session 1 completed at least) then refunds cannot be given.
Action Steps and Commitment
Action steps are agreed by the client, so you are empowered to take charge of the pace of change. Coaching requires hard work and a level of commitment, and clients are ultimately responsible for making change happen. From time to time clients may be unable to complete action steps for various reasons, which can be explored within sessions. If it transpires, however, that action steps are continually missed and the expected progress is not being made, it may be necessary to review the agreement.
Length of Engagement
The number of sessions depends on the nature of your goal, your level of progress and your commitment to action steps. Many clients make significant progress within 4–12 sessions. Sarah does not work with clients for longer than a one year period at a time and is committed to helping clients achieve their goals within as short a time frame as possible.
