Leadership Coaching for Women in Dubai

Develop the Confidence, Clarity and Self-Awareness to Lead With Greater Impact.

You may be highly capable, experienced and successful — yet still find yourself second-guessing your decisions, holding yourself to impossible standards or questioning whether you’re really ready for the next step.

I help women develop the confidence and self-trust to lead authentically, navigate change and step fully into their leadership potential.

Why Me

A Different Kind of Leadership Coach

Many leadership coaches are former executives. Their offer is experience: they have held a role like yours and can tell you what worked for them.

My offer is different. I am a professionally accredited coach with master’s-level training in coaching and positive psychology, and ten years spent coaching women specifically. I don’t hand you someone else’s playbook.

Because what usually holds capable women back isn’t strategy. It’s self-doubt, over-responsibility and the pressure they put on themselves — and that is what I am trained to work with.

Is This You?

Leadership coaching for women at pivotal moments

The New Leader

Newly promoted, second-guessing yourself and wondering if you’re really ready.

The Returning Leader

Back after maternity leave, rebuilding professional confidence and reconnecting with who you are at work.

The Self-Doubting Leader

Capable and experienced, but overthinking and fear of getting it wrong undermine your confidence.

The Over-Functioning Leader

The person everyone relies on. Perfectionism and difficulty saying no leave you carrying too much.

The Next-Level Leader

Ready for greater responsibility, and done with the self-doubt that holds you back.

What You Can Achieve

Our work is tailored to you, but common areas of focus include:

Confidence & Self-Belief

Trust yourself when the stakes are high, instead of waiting to feel certain.

Imposter Syndrome

Break the cycle of proving yourself when your achievements already tell a different story.

Decision-Making

Decide with clarity, without endless second-guessing or needing external validation.

Boundaries & Difficult Conversations

Say no without unnecessary guilt and handle the conversations you have been avoiding.

Perfectionism & People-Pleasing

Understand the patterns driving over-responsibility, and lead differently.

Authentic Leadership

Lead from your own values, strengths and personality rather than someone else’s template.

Leadership Presence & Influence

Communicate with confidence, have your voice heard and lead with greater presence and influence.

Emotional Regulation & Resilience

Manage pressure, emotions and uncertainty without becoming overwhelmed or losing yourself in the process.

Why Wellbeing Belongs in Leadership

We talk about leadership as though it exists separately from the person doing the leading. It doesn’t.

For high-achieving women, success is often built on patterns that eventually become unsustainable: perfectionism, people-pleasing, over-responsibility or the belief that you must keep pushing to prove yourself.

Sustainable leadership requires developing the person behind the role. That is why my work is underpinned by the science of wellbeing alongside coaching psychology, emotional intelligence and self-compassion — not instead of performance, but because it strengthens it.

The goal isn’t simply to help you perform better. It’s to help you lead successfully and sustainably, without sacrificing your wellbeing in the process.

My Approach

Psychologically informed. Person-centred. Practical.

You Are Not a Problem to Be Fixed.

You already bring experience, strengths and expertise. My role is to help you think more deeply, see what you may not be seeing, and challenge the patterns holding you back.

The Work Is Practical and Applied.

We bring what you are facing right now into the session — the decision you are avoiding, the conversation you are finding difficult, the promotion you are navigating.

All coaching takes place online via Zoom, in a confidential and non-judgemental space.

About Sarah

Hi, I’m Sarah.

I’ve specialised in coaching women for over a decade, and I’m all too familiar with the challenges that can come with stepping into greater responsibility and trying to do and have it all.

I know what it’s like to look successful from the outside while doubting yourself, second-guessing your decisions or questioning what you really want on the inside. I can help you lead with greater confidence, clarity and authenticity.

Whether you’re navigating a new leadership role, struggling with self-doubt or imposter syndrome, finding it difficult to set boundaries, or simply know you’re capable of more but aren’t sure how to get there, I can help.

I draw on my training in positive psychology and coaching psychology, alongside over a decade of experience coaching women, to help you develop the self-awareness, confidence and inner resources to lead effectively without losing yourself in the process.

  • Purpose and confidence

“When I began my coaching sessions, I felt lost and completely unsure of where I wanted to go next, in particular in relation to my career and purpose. I had the opportunity to truly get to know myself which in turn helped me become very clear on my purpose and what it is I want to do next. I also had the wonderful realisation that I actually quite like myself as a person. I am a much more confident version of myself now and I am so excited for the future. I changed jobs and even started a new course. Thanks to coaching, I can confidently say 2023 was my best personal year to date. Thank you so much for your help and support Sarah.”

  • Career direction

“I started my sessions with Sarah over a year ago to re-evaluate my career path but the journey she brought me on was invaluable. I learned how my personal choices and self-worth affect my career. It was great! I couldn’t recommend Sarah enough as a coach and feel she has a special talent for what she does. I also feel she dealt with me as an individual and customised our sessions, which gave me a lot of confidence in what she does or recommends.”

FAQs

About leadership coaching

How is this different from executive mentoring?

A mentor who has held your role can tell you how they did it. Coaching helps you examine how you think and lead, work through live situations and develop your own responses — which is what tends to shift confidence rather than just tactics.

Who is leadership coaching for?

Women stepping into management, established managers, and women taking on greater responsibility. Directors, founders and executives also work with me when their goals concern confidence, decisions or how they lead.

What if it isn’t working, or my circumstances change?

You are never locked in. We review progress against your goals as we go, and you can stop at any point — sessions already delivered are not refunded, but you will never be held to sessions you no longer want.

Why is there an application form?

Because real change takes commitment, and the form is the first small sign of it. It takes a few minutes, tells me whether I can genuinely help, and means our call starts with your situation rather than the basics.

What does it cost, and can my employer pay?

This is a paid twelve-session engagement over six months; I explain the fee and payment options during the free consultation, or earlier if you ask. Employers can fund the work — we agree in advance what is shared with them, and the content of your sessions is not routinely reported.

Do personal issues belong in leadership coaching?

Your work and personal life affect one another. We can explore relevant patterns while keeping the engagement centred on your leadership goals. My service is coaching, not mental-health treatment.

Ready to Lead Differently?

You don’t need to become a different person to become a stronger leader. You may simply need the right space, tools and support to trust yourself and use your voice.
