Is This You?

You Know Something Needs to Change… but You’re Not Sure What.

You might be:

Feeling Stuck or Lost

You’ve reached a point where you’re unsure what you want or where you’re heading.

Going Through a Life Transition

A change in your career, relationships, family life, location or circumstances has left you questioning what comes next. And sometimes, the life you once wanted no longer feels quite right, and you’re not sure what you want instead.

Questioning Who You Are Now

You’ve changed (or are in the midst of one), your priorities have changed, or the life you once wanted no longer feels like the right fit.

Successful on Paper, but Unfulfilled

From the outside, everything may look fine, but something feels missing. You’re grateful for what you have but secretly wish for more.

Struggling With Self-Doubt or Overthinking

You find it difficult to trust yourself, make decisions or move forward with confidence.

Putting Everyone Else First

People-pleasing, perfectionism or difficulty setting boundaries has left you disconnected from your own needs and wants (and secretly resentful).

When Life Is Changing…

Whether you’ve chosen the change or it has been forced upon you, transitions can leave you questioning what you want, who you are and where you’re going.

Coaching gives you the space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and work out what comes next, with clarity, compassion and intention.

How It Works

Step 01

Apply

Click the button to fill in the short application form. Once I have read it, we arrange your free discovery call — an informal chat about where you are now and what you want to change.

Step 02

Connect

If it feels right on both sides, we begin. Before your first session you’ll reflect on what you want to be different, so we start the work from your first hour rather than warming up to it.

Step 03

Define Your Goals

In this first email I will also send you my private link to book your sessions at a time that suits you. You control your bookings and can reschedule using the same link if you need to.

Step 04

Coach & Grow

Let’s get started. We agree to work together for a fixed period and regularly check in on progress towards your stated goal. Many clients are delighted with their progress within the contract.

A six-month coaching partnership for women who want clarity, confidence and a life that feels like their own.

  • Twelve private one-to-one coaching sessions
  • Six-month commitment
  • Twice-monthly 60-minute sessions via Zoom
  • An initial reflection and assessment to clarify your starting point and goals
  • A personalised email after each session, with resources and next steps
  • Regular progress reviews and a final assessment

Sessions take place online via Zoom. In-person coaching in Dubai may be available by arrangement, with any additional cost agreed in advance.

Investment

Every coaching partnership is built around one person’s goals and circumstances, so we discuss investment openly during your consultation.

There is no obligation either way. You will leave the conversation knowing exactly what the engagement involves and what it costs, and you can take as long as you need to decide.

Case Studies

From Constantly Stretched to an Hour a Day for Herself

Alison was balancing work and family life with very little time for herself. Coaching helped her examine the guilt around taking a break, develop practical self-care habits and express her needs more clearly. By the end of her engagement, she reported making time for herself every day and feeling more able to have difficult conversations.

“I have gone from being a super-stressed mom to someone who is actually comfortable taking time out for self-care.”

Read Alison’s story

Alison was carrying a demanding mix of work and family responsibilities. Time for herself was rare, and taking a break could bring guilt rather than rest.

This historical engagement involved thirty-two ninety-minute sessions over eight months, rather than the twelve-session format Sarah usually offers today.

Understanding what made rest difficult

We looked at Alison’s expectations of herself and the critical thoughts that appeared when she considered taking time out, then found practical ways of caring for herself that fitted her life.

Learning to express her needs

She explored her emotions and values, practised recognising what she needed and expressing it more clearly, and built her own collection of self-compassion practices.

What Alison reported changing

By the end of the engagement she described making around an hour each day for herself, feeling more at peace, communicating more assertively and having conversations she would previously have avoided.

“I have gone from being a super-stressed mom to someone who is actually comfortable taking time out for self-care.”

These changes are Alison’s account of her experience. They are not a prediction of what another client will achieve or how long their coaching will take.

From Drifting to a Clear Plan, and the Confidence to Follow It

Caroline felt dissatisfied and unsure what she wanted next. Through coaching, she explored her strengths, values and relationships, and began making choices with greater confidence. She described changes in her relationships and a clearer direction, including plans to move and pursue nursing.

“I gained confidence and understanding through the tasks I would undertake for the week.”

Read Caroline’s story

Caroline came to coaching feeling dissatisfied and unsure about her next steps. She wanted greater confidence in herself, more fulfilling relationships and a clearer sense of direction.

This account describes a past individual life-coaching engagement.

Starting with what mattered to her

We explored different areas of her life and agreed the changes she wanted to work towards, examining her strengths, values and the harsh judgements she sometimes made about herself.

Looking more closely at relationships and choices

She considered which relationships felt rewarding and which left her depleted, explored the boundaries she wanted to bring to them, then began making changes herself.

What Caroline reported changing

Caroline described greater confidence, self-understanding and compassion towards herself. By the end of the account she was planning a move and considering a future in nursing — plans she had developed, not completed outcomes.

“I gained confidence and understanding through the tasks I would undertake for the week.”

This is one client’s experience. The changes reflect Caroline’s own work and circumstances, and do not establish what another client will achieve.

  • Life satisfaction

“I can’t begin to explain how much you’ve helped me! My overall life satisfaction has increased dramatically. I had lost my sense of self and was going through the motions. By reconnecting with myself, discovering what my values and interests are, I noticed an improvement across all aspects of my life. I’m focusing less on what others think and trying to listen to my inner voice to guide me on my own path. I feel like I am dealing with life’s challenges a lot better. The combination of slides, videos, reflections and discussion made room for huge personal progression. I’m so grateful and happy I went on this journey, thanks so much for your help!”

    Aoife T.
  • Values and boundaries

“I have noticed so many positive changes in myself. I have identified my core values and addressed many ways in which I was not living my life in line with them. Having done this I feel calmer and more balanced. My quality of life, self confidence and general feeling of well being have improved exponentially. I cannot emphasise enough how life changing my life coaching sessions have been. Everything from clarifying goals and identifying core values to learning that people pleasing is not the way to happiness have been transformative. I have established healthy habits such as regular exercise and mindfulness which I really struggled with prior to the coaching.”

    Susie C.
  • A life transition

“Sarah coached me when I first moved home to Ireland after living abroad for many years. It was a transitional time in my life and Sarah helped me identify what mattered to me the most in terms of life goals and what steps I should make next to achieve them. I found her methods really great as she helped me reach my own conclusions rather than direct me. I found that I realised things about myself that I hadn’t been aware of before. Since her coaching I have achieved many of the life goals I wanted and I wouldn’t have been able to reach this point without her invaluable knowledge and support.”

FAQs

About life coaching

Can We Work on My Career in Life Coaching?

Yes. Questions about direction, fulfilment, confidence or whether to make a career change can fit well within life coaching. If your main focus is how you manage people or lead in your role, leadership coaching may be more suitable. We can decide together during the consultation.

What If I Know Something Needs to Change but I Don’t Know What?

That’s completely okay. You don’t need to arrive with a five-year plan. Part of coaching is creating the space to understand what’s not working, what matters to you now, what you want to move towards and how to get there. That is literally what we will work on together!

Is Coaching the Same as Therapy?

No. My service is developmental coaching, not mental-health treatment. Psychology informs how I work, but that does not make the service psychotherapy. We can discuss fit in the consultation, including whether another kind of support would better meet your needs.

Why Do You Usually Work Over Six Months?

Insight is one part of change. Time between sessions lets you practise, notice what happens and adjust your approach. Twelve sessions provide continuity while keeping the engagement focused on goals we review together.

Can I Work With You Outside Dubai?

Yes. Coaching is primarily online, so we can work together from different locations where our schedules allow. In-person sessions in Dubai may be available by arrangement.

What If It Isn’t Working, or My Circumstances Change?

You are never locked in. We review progress against your goals as we go, and you can stop at any point — sessions already delivered are not refunded, but you will never be held to sessions you no longer want. If I believe a different kind of support would serve you better, I will say so.

Why Is There an Application Form?

Because real change takes commitment, and the form is the first small sign of it. It takes a few minutes, tells me whether I can genuinely help, and means our call starts with your situation rather than the basics.

What Does Life Coaching Cost?

This is a paid six-month coaching engagement. I explain the total fee and payment options during the free consultation, or beforehand if you ask. You will receive the agreed fee and terms in writing before committing.

Is What I Share Confidential?

Your coaching is private. We agree the boundaries of confidentiality, including any legal or safeguarding exceptions, in the coaching agreement before we begin.
