Where to begin

Coaching for your life and your leadership

The right starting point depends on what you want to change. Both engagements are personal, practical and shaped around your circumstances.

Life coaching

For women seeking greater clarity, confidence or a different direction. Explore personal priorities, strengthen boundaries and work through life changes or career decisions.

Leadership coaching

For women stepping into leadership or carrying greater responsibility. Work on decisions, communication, delegation and the personal patterns affecting how you lead.

You do not need to choose before speaking with me. We can discuss which engagement best fits your goals.

What would you like to change?

You may have a clear goal, or simply know that something needs attention.

Find direction

Understand what matters to you and make a decision about what comes next.

Build self-trust

Spend less time second-guessing and act with greater confidence in your judgement.

Strengthen boundaries

Communicate your needs, manage competing demands and make room for your priorities.

Develop as a leader

Navigate responsibility, professional relationships and the expectations of a new or existing role.

Experience, depth and a personal approach

I have spent more than a decade coaching women through personal and professional change. My work draws on postgraduate study in coaching psychology and applied positive psychology, professional accreditation and a decade of experience in education.

I bring that background into a coaching relationship built around you: your circumstances, your priorities and the changes you want to make.

Testimonials

  • Confidence and boundaries

“When starting my coaching my main goal was to gain more confidence, and I’m proud that I have achieved this and can now see my value and believe in myself. Throughout the coaching sessions I have also gained practical tools in communication and setting boundaries.”

    Cathy D.

  • Career clarity

“When I began my coaching sessions, I felt lost and completely unsure of where I wanted to go next, in particular in relation to my career and purpose. I had the opportunity to truly get to know myself which in turn helped me become very clear on my purpose and what it is I want to do next.”

    Amy O’B.

  • Practical progress

“Sarah helped me identify what mattered to me the most in terms of life goals and what steps I should make next to achieve them. I found her methods really great as she helped me reach my own conclusions rather than direct me. Since her coaching I have achieved many of the life goals I wanted.”

Sarah Martha Murphy MSc | EMCC Senior Practitioner

Before becoming a coach, I spent ten years teaching. Helping people understand themselves, learn and put new ideas into practice has remained central to my work.

I am based in Dubai and work online with women internationally.
